Strategic consulting

Wellbeing as a strategy,
not a one-off initiative.

Strategic support in organisational wellbeing, culture and psychosocial risk prevention for companies that take the long view.

Systemic
thinking

Putting a fruit bowl in the office or holding an annual motivational talk is not looking after employee wellbeing; it's a temporary sticking plaster for structural problems.

As an Organisational Wellbeing Consultant, I support organisations that want to embed psychological health across all their processes. I work from a deep systemic perspective that inevitably connects three cornerstones: people, culture and results.

The goal is to build an Organisational Wellbeing Plan that is measurable, sustainable and aligned with the business's KPIs.

Areas of intervention

The four key areas where I make a real impact on your organisation.

Organisational wellbeing

Auditing and implementing comprehensive health policies that protect the company's mental capital.

Culture and workplace climate

Transforming toxic dynamics and fostering psychologically safe environments for teams.

Psychosocial risk prevention

Assessing and mitigating factors such as chronic stress, qualitative overload and burnout.

Wellbeing Plan

Bespoke design and creation of a Strategic Wellbeing Plan with success metrics and indicators (KPIs).

How we work

I don't work on hunches, but with a validated clinical and organisational methodology divided into 4 key phases:

1

Diagnosis

An initial snapshot of the company's climate, culture and latent risks through metrics and interviews.

2

Intervention

Carrying out the tailored Action Plan (leadership training, process redesign, communication).

3

Evaluation

Rigorous measurement of the impact of the actions taken, compared against the initial KPIs.

4

Follow-up

Long-term support to make sure the changes take root in the corporate culture.

Tailor-made for SMEs and senior leaders

My consulting services are especially aimed at SMEs, leadership teams and Human Resources (HR) departments that understand that the future of work demands looking after the human factor.

The agility of small and medium-sized enterprises makes it possible to implement cultural change with visible short-term impact. If you lead a team and are noticing high turnover, stress-related sick leave or emotional disengagement, now is the time to act.
